|I just had my morning snack. 2 tablespoons of 0% Fage Greek Yogurt, 2 Tbsp of blueberries, 1/3 of a cup Kashi GoLean Cruch all stirred up with a little honey w/ 1 hard boiled egg. I try to eat 2 eggs a day. The whole thing. The yolk is the best part... I don't care what anyone says! :||p|

Squats—the best thing you can do! Why? They work your largest muscle group and it takes a lot of core strength to get up and down without toppling over. Remember, butt down, knee behind ankle.
|Last night was NOT a good workout for me. My knees have been taking a beating during Insanity lately and I've been so tired from work. Needless to say, I had a mini breakdown and went to sleep early. Felt a little sick this morning (from being run down) so i had toast and tea. By the time I got to work, I was feeling better. Had my usually peanut butter and banana snack and made my salad for lunch ahead of time. Going to walk for an hour after I eat and take on Insanity again tonight. Sometimes, you need to take it easy on yourself. I'm my own worst critic and get so mad at myself for not being able to do things 100%... I'm learning to RELAX!|
|Hate the size on the inside of your jeans or dress? Rip it out. You're the only one that knows what size you are. This is my rationale... Most women are so concerned with the number on the inside of their clothes (much like the obsession with the number on the scale), that they buy smaller clothes to stuff themselves into, but if you were to actually by your size, it would be more flattering!! No muffin topping if you buy the right size jeans, no seam splitting if you're in the right size dress.... You'll make yourself look smaller if your clothes fit. A number is just a number, don't let it define or taunt you.|
